  ⭐ Very disappointing service I went to this tyre centre to have a tyre checked and was told it needed replacing. I was quoted £249 for the tyre. I then found the exact same tyre through Asda Tyres for £171, including fitting at this same tyre centre. I asked if they would price match, but they refused. I therefore purchased the tyre through Asda and returned to have it fitted. The tyre was fitted, but when I later went into my boot I found my locking wheel nuts rolling around loose. They had been removed from the storage area underneath the boot floor, taken out of the bag they were kept in, and simply left loose in the boot. I've had tyres fitted many times and this has never happened before. It may seem like a small thing, but it shows a real lack of care and attention to detail. It would have taken seconds to put them back safely where they belonged. Unfortunately, combined with the refusal to price match and the significant difference between their £249 quote and the £171 price available through Asda, I was left very disappointed with the overall customer service. I would expect better care and service from a professional tyre centre.

  Français en vacances dans le coin, j'aavais une perte de pression dans un pneu, amené sans rendez cous chez eux, il m'ont pris en charge, acceuil très sympas, il n'ont a priori rien trouvé dans le pneu, juste baisse de pression a surveiller, 2h d'attente ce qui nous a permis de faire un tour dans les supermarchés en face et d'y boire un café. A conseiller. Merci à Tyre spot de leur sympathie.

  No good for walk ins when you need a replacement tyre. I was told I had to leave car and come back as it would be a couple of hours to replace the tyre. I couldn't leave it so went a mile along the road to a different place and got sorted within 15 minutes.

  Very disappointed with the office manager called in to get the tracking done and Neil advised with out lifting the vehicle that a bush was worn so I thanked him and left to change the bush Returned later and he reset the tracking in I would say 2 minutes and was charged £50 when I question the price was told it is £25 a visit not a happy customer and won’t be using tyre spot again
