  Français en vacances dans le coin, j'aavais une perte de pression dans un pneu, amené sans rendez cous chez eux, il m'ont pris en charge, acceuil très sympas, il n'ont a priori rien trouvé dans le pneu, juste baisse de pression a surveiller, 2h d'attente ce qui nous a permis de faire un tour dans les supermarchés en face et d'y boire un café. A conseiller. Merci à Tyre spot de leur sympathie.

  No good for walk ins when you need a replacement tyre. I was told I had to leave car and come back as it would be a couple of hours to replace the tyre. I couldn't leave it so went a mile along the road to a different place and got sorted within 15 minutes.

  Very disappointed with the office manager called in to get the tracking done and Neil advised with out lifting the vehicle that a bush was worn so I thanked him and left to change the bush Returned later and he reset the tracking in I would say 2 minutes and was charged £50 when I question the price was told it is £25 a visit not a happy customer and won’t be using tyre spot again

  Car now dangerous to drive veering all over the road on second visit they had the gaul to pass me another printout showing the front left wheel in the red I got my money back but wasted 2 hours and fuel money car worse now veering left and right avoid this garage please bmw have had it all morning 23rd July they can't get the alignment fixed it drove perfectly straight before TYRESPOT COWBOYS touched it what have you done to my car?????

  Fantastic service from start to finish. They fitted me in on the same day, sorted a minor issue with my undertray quickly, and didn't even charge me. It's rare to find a garage this honest and helpful. Friendly staff, great workmanship, and no pressure at all. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy garage. Thank you again.
